You are still not following the licensing requirements of the GPL. You are not distributing your mytribe program with another IM program as you claim in your help section, instead you link directly to libpurple via PurpleProtocol1.dll

Since you are using libpurple, you are required to:
a) Provide the source code of libpurple
b) Provide the source code of any program that you distribute that links with libpurple, under a GPL license. In this case the source of PurpleProtocol1.dll and any code that links with that, ie any code that loads PurpleProtocol1.dll as a plugin.
